So I have been on Twitter for a while and building up a nice following however I didn’t spend a great deal of time really updating Twitter with all my tweets (I think that’s the terminology!). Dress The Bridesmaid for Under £100 Challenge!
OK all you BSB’s out there – so I am convinced that brides can find fabulous bridesmaid dresses, shoes and all manner of accessories without spending a small fortune. Others it would seem disagree and the gauntlet has been thrown down by some of my fellow BSB’s amongst you to come up with complete bridesmaid outfits – that’s the dress, shoes and accessories for under £100.
So, I have decided I am going to take up this challenge to prove that buying designer dresses is not required and if you just know where and more importantly when to look you can bag a bridesmaid dress outfit without needing to send your bank manager for the valium.
So here’s the challenge – find a complete bridesmaid outfit for under £100 (and trying to do it for less if course). I am a busy BSB so I am limiting this to two – three per week to save me time to fit in adding all those other bargains that I discover of course. I will be searching out all the main colours and what’s hot now so look for hot pinks, blacks, blues and purples and a special one for all you winter brides. If you want any particular colours listed then check out the weekly poll and vote if you want a particular wedding theme coloured considered.

What A Way To Make An Entrance
If you’re looking for a way to really make an entrance to your wedding then check out this fantastic entrance made by the bridal party of at the wedding of Minnesota couple Kevin Heinz and Jill Peterson. With all members of the bridal party unexpectedly boogieing down the isle to the Forever by Chris Brown, guests are taken aback and caught quite unawares by the whole show . Apparently these guys threw this together and only rehearsed once before the ceremony for one hour and 30 minutes! You just got to love the fact that since being posted on YouTube only 1 week ago its received almost 5 million hits. What a great way to start a wedding! One wedding entrance that won’t be forgotten in a long time.

Unless your living under a rock you will all know about the media frenzy around the credit crunch. Times are definitely hard and people everywhere are feeling the pinch – not comforting when you are planning a wedding. All though not all great news its not all bad as we have noticed a massive amount of high street stores cutting their prices and it’s all to benefit of you budget savvy brides.
With massive discounts on exisiting sale prices and 2 and 3 day discount of up to 30% on all stock in the run up to christmas you really can save lots of money on your wedding. John Lewis, Debenhams, Marks & Spencer to name but a few are getting into a fisty cuff battle, slashing prices all over the place – even Coast are offerring a whopping 30% off.
